Gay Lord Foker trained them in the ways of the ancient Roman soldiers, which proved to be a very sexy mistake (as well as incredibly confusing for Dillodo). Admittedly, he only did so in order to watch them snap each other with towels in the shower. They generally serve Gay Lord Foker as the special elite forces FOXHOUND Bishonen Squad, used for only the most dangerous of missions, and due to their success rate, the most unimportant (thus, the codename: Team Rocket).
